Etiquette

I just got back from Hankins' store,
And, from the talk thats goin' round,
The Grand Master's a comin'
And no "Etiquette" can be found.

Our Master's goin' round and round
Just like a treat big top,
And if that "Etiquette" ain't found,
His heart will surely stop.

He searched the Constitooshion,
And Proceedings, high and low,
But not a line has he ever found
To tell him how to go.

He's gone to Kuhn's "Centennial,"
Where Wisdom (condensed) is found,
But this "Sir Knight" on "Etiquette"
Has uttered not a sound.

But our Master's for a last resort,
If he has to go that far-
He'll hunt up the Worthy Matron
Of the local Eastern Star.
