We have found two references to this service in our travels. One link was passed to us and the technical information (as modified by us below) was reported in Hiram No.7 April 97 supplement. There is a new means of Masonic Communications on the net, the Internet Relay Chat. It is faster than a chat room and file transfer may be accomplished while talking and multiple group connecitons are possible.
This requires a program called mIRC which may be downloaded as Version 5.02. It is Shareware.
One of the sysops for the Freemason Channel is known as "Subdriver", a title reported to be both operative and speculative, operates this web site.
